Charlie Colt, Martha’s brother, was arrested with her at the Griffith, where they lived together in April of this year.

Charged with perjury, Ms Colt’s alleged crimes are less than some of their co-defendants, siblings and nephews, faced with charges of sexual intercourse with children, lewd and incest.
The charges were laid after police raided the poor Colt incest family farm hidden in the hills behind the NSW rural town of Boorowa in 2012.
Stunned detectives and animal protection authorities found out that 38 members of the Colt family, the to the dirty remote property that had no running water, electricity or adequate sanitation.
The farm “smelled of urine and feces”, which was in the open bucket under the sleeping area, and was populated by about 20 dogs.

In the case of Martha Colt’s second bail application on Wednesday, the magistrate Alison Viney pressure heard that the defendant had high blood and was suffering from, chest pain and migraines, and in prison.
She had fallen out of a prison, the upper berth and suffered damage to the soft tissue, and found that after their first time in detention “overwhelming”.
The court heard that when she was arrested Griffith with his brother Charlie, two of their sons, who were potential witnesses, lived in the rented house.

The generator was found next to a shed on the Colt incest-property on a remote campsite in southern New South Wales, where tri-generational incest.

DPP Prosecutor Katharine Jeffreys said Mrs. Viney, that a previously unsuitable address was the only reason why Martha Colt has had bail was denied in April.

Now at the age of 17, Karl Colt — Martha’s third son — claimed that he had threatened to “got and I have taken”. “I have a hiding place … the feet on the back of the head,” said Karl. “Sad, angry … you tell me to shut up and it’s, um, sad and not fair.”

In response, Martha Colt wrote on Facebook: “It is a sad note to hear how this boy gets a beating for a weak bladder shawley (sic) you, it is the beat what it is.”
If Karl was made the age of about 11, from the dirty farm in Boorowa in 2012, he was very underweight, had fungal infections in his toenails and went in a shuffling fashion”.
He needed urgent dental work, limited skills in reading, his speech was “understandable” that he had a hearing, and allegedly had sex with his younger sister Ruth.
After he was given in care, he threatened to stab staff with a pencil, and cut their throats.
The Colts are unlikely to face trial until the end of 2019.
