According to the source Agency, the plane could be officials responsible for confirmation of participation, Kim Jong-UN in the East economic forum (WEF) and, accordingly, the preparation of the possible visit to Vladivostok in September.
“It became known that the government plane, which is mentioned in the messages the South Korean media, did not sit down at the airport of Vladivostok. Common information is not true. We sat before the Board R885 regular flight from Pyongyang. This is the only North Korean aircraft, which landed in Vladivostok on Monday,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
