The current President of Egypt Abdel Fattah al-Sisi received during the voting in the elections of the head of state about 22 million votes, representing 97% of the total number of voters, said at a press conference in Cairo, Chairman of the Central election Commission Lachine Ibrahim.
Thus, al-Sisi wins the election and re-occupy the presidential chair for the next four years. Voter turnout in the presidential elections in Egypt amounted to 41.05%.
