Negotiations in preparation for the us-North Korean summit continues

Some American politicians remain skepticism as to whether this will lead to the denuclearization of North Korea

American and North Korean officials met again Monday in the demilitarized zone to discuss a possible meeting between U.S. President Donald trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN.

Declaring the cancellation of the summit last Thursday, President trump then stated that the meeting in Singapore, scheduled for June 12, can be held.

“I’m really convinced that North Korea is a brilliant potential and that one day it will become a beautiful country – both from an economic and from a financial point of view. Kim Jong UN agrees with me on this. So shall it be!” – the President wrote on Twitter on Sunday.
