A Federal judge on Tuesday refused to withdraw the criminal charges against Paul Manafort – the former head of the election headquarters of the President of Donald trump.

Lawyers Manafort sought withdrawal of charges of money laundering and other crimes. They insisted that spectracolor Robert Mueller had exceeded its powers while investigating the activities of Manafort.

Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled that the decision of Mueller was “logical and appropriate” due to the fact that in the past, Manafort worked at the former Pro-Russian government of Ukraine.
