The US company is, in the vicinity of its plant in Milton Keynes, which employs 234 people, and a distribution centre in Northampton, shed 54 jobs.
He said it has consulted the employees for the last two months, and the closures would lead to more efficiency.
But 121 new roles to be created elsewhere, it said.
A Coca-Cola European partners spokesman said they “would like to stress,” it was a reflection on those employees at the sites.
The spokesman added: “We will be the transfer of all production and storage of Milton Keynes and Northampton to the other UK sites and continue to invest in our business to support long-term growth.”
