The Goloseevsky district court of Kiev continued uncontested measure of restraint in form of detention for two co-perpetrators of the murder of the former Deputy of the state Duma of the Russian Federation Denis Boronenkov. About it reports a press-service of capital Prosecutor’s office on his page in Facebook.
According to the court detention period extended for another 60 days.
13 Dec they arrest extended until February 13.
Note, the 36-year-old resident of the city of Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk region (the accomplice to the murder, who performed the role of the driver) and his 39-year-old accomplice, the native of the Kherson region, who participated in the crime organization and directly monitored by Denis Voronenkova, it is reported about suspicion in paragraph 12 of part 2 of article 115 (premeditated murder committed on preliminary arrangement by group of persons) criminal code of Ukraine.
We will remind also that in October 2016, the ex-Deputy of the state Duma Denis Voronenkov has moved with his family to Ukraine. The politician was supposed to testify in the case of Viktor Yanukovych of treason, but was shot by the killer March 23, 2017. The murder occurred in the center of Kiev at the intersection of Taras Shevchenko Boulevard and Pushkinskaya street.
Denis Boronenkov, accompanied by guards went to the meeting with another ex-Deputy of the state Duma Ilya Ponomarev. Shooting began, during which the killer managed to take some shots in Boronenkov, and the guard shot the killer, who later died from his wounds.
On 24 March, the Ministry of internal Affairs established the identity of the alleged murderer, he was a native of Sevastopol Pavel Parsow, who lived in the river. For a while he served under Mariupol.
The murder involved several people. The Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko called customer Russian criminal “authority” Vladimir Tyurin (former husband of Maria Maksakova – the victim’s wife). Lutsenko called the murder “revealing the execution witnesses.”
