Shooting near a lottery in Kiev: Two men arrested on 60 days

The Shevchenkovsky regional court of Kiev arrested for 2 months two participants in the conflict with the shooting detained on suspicion in murder of the man in “the National lottery” on the street of the Camp on January 29. This was reported by the press service of the Kiev Prosecutor’s office.

According to the court, one of the suspects, who during the conflict fired the fatal shot at the security guard, was taken into custody without bail. His actions were qualified under part 1 of article 115 of the Criminal code (premeditated murder).

Another party to the conflict is charged with part 4 of article 296 UK of Ukraine (hooliganism). The court alternatively determined him bail in the sum of 120 thousand UAH.

Establish other persons involved in the events in St. the Camp. The pretrial investigation proceeds.

As reported, January 19, in the Shevchenko district of Kiev on the street of the Camp was a conflict between the security service “the National lottery” and a group of men. At the time of the attack in the room were 5 representatives of the private security company and the administrator. There ran 7 men in dark uniforms. A fight broke out that escalated into a shooting, during which from gunshot wounds died in the guard room.

On 30 January, the Kyiv city Prosecutor’s office declared suspicion to the two men involved in this incident.
