No official pretense from the Ministry of defence of Croatia “UkrSpetsExport” has not received. This was reported on the official website of the company.
As representatives of the “UkrSpetsExport”, no formal complaints, no complaints from Croatia on the delivered aircraft, the Ukrainian side has not received. Moreover, the Ministry of defence of Croatia invited “UkrSpetsExport” to participate in the tender for the overhaul of 10 helicopters Mi-171SH. The company promptly provided all the necessary documents, and the representatives of the Ministry of defense of Croatia, in turn, checked the technical capabilities of the Ukrainian enterprises. “However, despite the presence of Ukrainian enterprises have much more experience in the repair of aircraft of this type, as well as EU sanctions concerning the Russian Federation, the contract was with at “Helicopters of Russia”, – reported on its website.
In the “UkrSpetsExport” also said that he had repeatedly appealed to the Minister of defence of Croatia with a proposal to hold a bilateral meeting and to discuss possible problematic issues in the framework of the contract. Unfortunately, the company notes that the offer was ignored.
As to reporting requirement of Croatia to replace the faulty MiG-21, in the “UkrSpetsExport” call this false information and believe that the message was launched from the Russian competitors after the publication in the Hungarian Jutarnji Vijesti quotes have been actively spreading through a “Star”, “Moskovsky Komsomolets” and other Kremlin media.
We remind, earlier in mass media spread information that the Ministry of defence of Croatia has demanded from Ukraine to provide four MiG-21 instead of the put three and a half years ago. The publication Jutarnji Vijesti published the news, said that machines that were supposed to last for 10 years, was recognized as faulty due to leaking oil, the current fuel tanks and constantly failing on-Board systems, while the last flight almost ended in death of the crew. The release also stated that the Ministry of defence of Croatia has sent Ukraine’s official note.
