On the eve of the fourth anniversary of the Crimean resistance (26 February) the lawyer Nikolai Polozov started a series of publications of the record of the trial in the case of Akhtem chigusa. About this he wrote in Facebook. “All the testimony of victims, witnesses, the court recorded the process and allow you to understand what events took place in Simferopol on the eve of the Russian occupation of Crimea. These publications hashtag #26февралÑ,” – said Polozov. As you know, October 25, 2017 convicts the occupants of the Crimea Deputy Chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people Ilmi Umerov and Akhtem chigusa gave Turkey. From there they went to Ukraine.
Before that, they refused to write a petition for clemency. November 29, Turkish TV channel Haberturk reported that Turkey traded Umerov and Chiygoza the two Russians, accused of spying.
Umerov and Chiygoz sent a request to the presidential administration of the Russian Federation with the request to explain on what grounds they were released from custody. Putin said that to provide this information “is not possible”.
Recall that in 2015 the Peninsula began to judge a group of Crimean Tatar activists for participating in a rally in support of Ukraine’s territorial integrity at the walls of the building of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea on 26 February 2014. They are accused of participation in mass riots. Later, the court divided “the case on 26 February” two: separate one of the leaders of the Crimean Tatar national movement, Akhtem Chigos, and separately by the other persons involved in the process – Ali Asanov, Mustafa degermendzhi, Eskender Kantemirov, Talyat Yunusov, Eskender Amiraliev, Arsen Yunusov and Eskender Nabieva.
Also earlier it was reported that on October 25 prisoners the occupants of the Crimea Deputy Chairman of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people Ilmi Umerov and Akhtem chigusa gave Turkey, from where they returned to Ukraine.
