Mosque for five hundred Muslims began to build in the Crimea

Simferopol. 16 Jan. INTERFAX – the Construction of a mosque in the village Dubki of the Simferopol that can accommodate 450 people, began in the Crimea, reported the press service of the Spiritual administration of Muslims of Crimea on Tuesday.

Square footage for the construction of the religious complex is one hectare. This area will house a mosque and also madrasah (Sunday school). Around the complex is planned to create the Park. Estimated time for construction works is 2019-2020.

Mufti of Crimea Emirali Ablaev noted at the celebrations that the mosque in Muslims ‘ life is the epitome of spiritual purity and a call to the righteous path.

In Crimea live 1.9 million people, including about 300 thousand Muslims.
