American bombers flew over the Korean Peninsula

The U.S. and South Korea continue their joint military air exercise “Vigilant as”

American bombers B-1B Lancer on Wednesday flew over the Korean Peninsula through joint military air exercises with South Korea.

This was announced Wednesday by South Korean news Agency “Renhap”.

Recalling the joint chiefs of staff of the armed forces of South Korea, the Agency reported that the exercises demonstrate a “willingness and ability to give a powerful response to nuclear and missile threats from North Korea.”

A five-day joint exercises of the U.S. and South Korea “as Alert” began on Monday amid increasing tensions with North Korea.

Annual exercises involving atypically large number of American stealth fighters of the latest generation are a week after North Korea conducted a test of its most powerful missiles – Intercontinental ballistic missiles, potentially capable of reaching the U.S. East coast.
