The U.S. Embassy in Russia has expressed disappointment with the unwillingness of the Russian side to conduct diplomatic dialogue

U.S. Ambassador to Russia John huntsman, has canceled its study tour to the far East. According to the U.S. Embassy in Russia, Jon huntsman planned to visit Vladivostok and Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, however, “none of the officials in the region, including acting Governor of Primorsky Krai, the Sakhalin region Governor, the mayor of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk” not found the opportunity to meet with the head of American diplomatic mission.
