In Transcarpathia, the police opened criminal proceedings on the fact of illegal hunting of red-listed animals. About it reports a press-service GU of the national police in the Transcarpathian region.

“The police began checking on this fact opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 248 of the criminal code, i.e. illegal hunting. The offence carries a fine of up to one hundred untaxed minimum incomes, or restraint of liberty for a term up to three years, with confiscation of instruments and means of hunting and all mined”, – is spoken in the message.
