KYIV, Nov 14 — RIA Novosti. The final text of the bill on the reintegration of Donbass is aimed at harmonizing the factions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and President Peter Poroshenko, said on Tuesday the Secretary of the parliamentary Committee on national security Ivan Vinnik.
The Parliament of Ukraine on 6 October approved the first reading of the President’s proposed bill on the reintegration of Donbass. On Saturday, the speaker of the Parliament Andrei Parubiy said that the Verkhovna Rada plans to consider the bill in the second reading on 16 November, if the Committee on Wednesday will finalize the amendments to the law.
“Yesterday we (working group – ed.) was going to come out in the final text, a compromise that can be supported by five factions of the Parliament for a second reading. The text appeared yesterday. We sent the factions, the subject of legislative initiative, the President took into account that the duration of the Committee and whether, in his opinion, it is the spirit and ideology of the draft, which he submitted to the Parliament,” said winnick in the course of communication with journalists, which was broadcast channel “112 Ukraine”.

Earlier winnick said that the amendment on the rupture of diplomatic relations with Russia in the law on the reintegration of Donbass will not make.
Earlier, the President’s representative in Parliament Iryna Lutsenko said that the relevant Committee of the Parliament’s national security and defence received more than 2 thousand amendments to the bill on the reintegration of Donbass, the document in the second reading can be discussed in the Parliament in mid-November. According to the schedule, Parliament will gather for the next plenary week, from 14 to 17 November.
