Another actress has filed a claim that US producer Harvey Weinstein violated.
Boardwalk Empire star Paz de la Huerta told Vanity Fair that She was raped twice in New York in 2010.
The magazine says that the alleged assault could see the charges filed against the film, the mogul because they fall within New York, the statute of limitations for rape in the first degree.
Weinstein has denied all allegations of non-consensual sex against him.
De La Huerta, 33 years old, is one of more than a dozen women who have accused the 65 years of the violation.
Many more have accused the Shakespeare in Love producer of sexual harassment and performing indecent acts.
De La Huerta, who played Lucy Danziger in Boardwalk Empire, claims that Weinstein violated, in November 2010 after offering a ride home.
“It was not consensual,” she is quoted as saying the alleged incident.
The actress goes on to claim that Weinstein violated again the following month after you activate the spam in your apartment building.
“I said no, and when he was on top of me, I said, ‘I don’t want to do this,” she said.
De La Huerta claims Weinstein left after promising to give him a stage role.
“I’ve never heard of him again,” he told Vanity Fair magazine.
The british police investigates Harvey Weinstein are now facing sexual assault allegations from seven women.
The New York city police are also investigating claims against the producer, including rape and sexual assault.
