Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov declined to assess the appeal of Mikhail Khodorkovsky not to boycott the upcoming presidential elections. His words to the correspondent “” on Tuesday, October 24.

The Russian presidential election will take place on 18 March 2018. The new head of state will hold office for six years.
