Russia has accused the US of “selective blindness” in Syria

The defense Ministry said that the American side allows the insurgents to move freely through the controlled United States

Russia accused the United States in that they allow the “Islamic state” to act “under their noses” in Syria, saying Wednesday that Washington is allowing the group to move freely within the territory near a us military base.

The accusations made by the Russian defense Ministry have mainly focused on the American military base at al-Tape strategic area in southern Syria near the border with Iraq.

Russia considers illegal U.S. base and said that she and the area around it turned into a “black hole”, where militants operate freely.

The US claim that Et-TANF is the temporary base which is used to prepare forces partners to combat “Islamic state.”

The representative of Russian defense Ministry major General Igor Konashenkov said that Moscow wants to know how about 300 fighters drove pickup trucks through the US-controlled zone and tried to block the highway between Damascus and Deir-ez-Zor, which is used to supply the Syrian troops.

According to him, the U.S. has not given any explanation.

Defense Ministry spokesman said that Russia proposes “the American side to explain another fact of his selective blindness with regard to active them under the noses of the militants.”

According to him, earlier this month, around 600 militants were in the camp for refugees on the US-controlled territory moved in a continuous stream to the former customs point Tapas on the border of Syria and Jordan and seized food and medical supplies meant for local residents.
