“Recently there were a lot of complaints from parents that they forcibly collect funds for the different nature of costs in schools. We emphasize again that the funds in the city budget enough to carry out repairs and finishing works in schools, so any forcible collection of funds from parents by school employees is illegal and is expressly prohibited“, – said the Deputy Chairman of the KCSA Oleksiy Reznikov.

Parents may voluntarily participate in the expenses voluntarily, he added.

As for the charity, the Vice-chair stated that the school has no right to ask for some account of transferred funds.
