Weinstein dismissed after complaints of harassment

Harvey Weinstein, the Oscar-winning film producer accused of sexually harassing female employees, which was triggered by the Board of Directors of the company.

One of the biggest producers in Hollywood, Mr. Weinstein was a Speech behind such films as Shakespeare in Love, The King’s and “Pulp Fiction”.

The Weinstein Company directors, said that “in the light of the new information about misconduct”, his employment was terminated “effective immediately”.

The 65-year-old apologized and said he planned to take a leave of absence.

Actress Rose McGowan called the Weinstein-Executive Board, to resign immediately on the allegations.

Last week, Mr Weinstein’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom, he said, that he denied many of the allegations against him as “patently false”.

But on Saturday, Ms Bloom said in a tweet that they are no longer advising that Mr Weinstein.

“I joined as a consultant from Harvey Weinstein,” the tweet said. “My understanding is that Mr. Weinstein and his Board to move to an agreement.”
