According to her, the final agenda will be adopted by the PACE on the opening day of the session.
On Monday, the President of Ukraine signed the law on education significantly reduces the possibility of education in minority languages. It entered into force on 28 September and will be introduced in stages until 2020. The governments of several countries, including Hungary and Romania, said that this law violates the rights of national minorities in Ukraine. In Moscow also believe that the education act violates the Constitution and international obligations of Kiev.
