Aston Martin built a tiny model of a Vantage without motor

In races minicarb Red Bull in London the company Aston Martin presented a scaled-down Vantage. Driving “racing” cars sat the chief engineer of the brand for the preparation of prototypes, Alex summers.

The prototype minicar was the coupe V8 Vantage GTE – winner “24 hours of Le Mans” 2017 in its class. Painted in the same color, it acted under the same number and was on the finish line second. To support Alex summers arrived the crew of the Vantage – Jonathan Adams and Darren Turner.

Since 2000, the Red Bull Soapbox Race is held in different countries of the world. Racing cars are allowed to race in the presence of steering and brakes. To win participants must demonstrate not only speed, but also the original design of the car.
