A harbinger of change?

It is unlikely Meizu will release another version of PRO 7 — the company representatives have already confirmed that the flagships with Snapdragon processors in 2017 will not. On the other hand, the solution of Qualcomm will be used in future devices, and one middling on Snapdragon 625/626 is expected in the third quarter. Perhaps the engineers have collected a prototype of a smartphone with the Snapdragon chip 835 and 6 GB of RAM for internal testing, Meizu still so far only dealt with the platforms of Samsung and MediaTek.

In the database Geekbench the device is listed as “Meizu Meizu pro 7”, and alternate brand names raises some doubts about the authenticity of the data. Moreover, in the modified firmware you can change the model designation. At the time users activated on smartphones Google — all you had to do was add the word Pixel in the system file.
