Brussels. July 3. INTERFAX – the leaders of the Islamic community in the US voted against the immigration decree of the President of Donald trump and his relationship to the Muslim community, Western media reported.
“It (D. trump – “if”) statements and rhetoric have caused great harm to the Muslim American society,” – said the President of the largest organization of Muslims, the US and the region – the Islamic society of North America – Azhar Aziz.
“The people of this country have always been open to all, were tolerant,” he added.
Community leaders also condemned the new rules of entry into the United States for citizens of some Islamic countries and expressed hope that soon these restrictions will be officially declared unconstitutional.
In the United States Friday began to operate the new rules of entry for citizens of the six countries with predominantly Muslim populations – Syria, Sudan, Somalia, Libya, Iran and Yemen.
Now for obtaining a visa citizens of these countries must prove that they have close family or business ties in the United States. In the list of close relatives was not included grandmothers, grandfathers, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins and sisters.
