Swedish Ola Toivonen punishes Hugo Lloris, with the end of the 50-yard winner

Ola Toivonen took advantage of a Hugo Lloris error to score an injury-time winner from inside his own half of the field as Sweden beat France in their World Cup qualifier in Stockholm.

Toulouse midfielder collected a weak clearance from Lloris, near the median line and clinically lifted the ball into the unprotected net to earn a 2-1 victory that leaves Sweden top of Group A in the qualification phase for the next World Cup in Russia.

France, who are in second place in Sweden on goal difference, took the lead through Olivier Giroud’s superb left-foot volley after 37 minutes, only for Jimmy Durmaz to equalize for Sweden just before half-time.
