Lipetsk. May 11. INTERFAX – Convict serving time for murder in colony No. 4 in the town of Yelets in the Lipetsk region, is suspected of causing the death of a cellmate, said on Thursday the press service of the investigative Department of the TFR in the region.
According to investigators, on 2 April 2017 at the premises of the temple located in the colony, between the inmates of the conflict occurred.
Verbal skirmish has outgrown in fight in which 25-year-old suspect struck the 46-year-old opponent blows to the head, knocking him off his feet. Falling, the victim hit his head on the tiled floor, receiving a closed head injury. Despite medical assistance he died.
Concerning the suspect criminal case under part 1 of article 109 of the criminal code (causing death by negligence).
