Canadian fighter jets as well as the US air force, was accompanied Thursday by the Russian Tu-95 bombers approached the Northern coast of the country in the area of Alaska, the TV channel CTV with reference to the command of the aerospace defense of North America (NORAD).

CNN stressed that the Russian aircraft was in international airspace.
