He noted that ex-Berkut officers lawfully crossed the border with internal passports, so that is not escape. Now they are in Russia. According to Rybin, Russia left the former employees of special division “Berkut” Alexander Kostyuk, Vladislav Mastaga, Tom Felts and Vitaliy Goncharenko.
