“Gazprom” does not have time to count losses: Georgia refused the Russian fuel until the end of 2017

Until the end of 2017, the official Tbilisi will buy gas from the Russian monopoly “Gazprom”. The decision was approved on April 7 by Minister of energy Kakha Kaladze.

According to “USN-1492News” in the first quarter of 2017 Georgia received from Russia of 100 million cubic meters of natural gas. By the way, 70% of the supply was reached in February, reports “Диалог.UA”.

In April, the government of Georgia has decided to provide the population and the business sector in Azerbaijan purchased gas. In this regard, the share of Russian gas in the energy market this year will amount to only 4%.

The production of domestic gas will allow Tbilisi to provide for themselves another 10 million cubic meters of blue fuel.

Earlier it became known that in Kharkiv allactiontrade large gas field with a reserve of 200 million cubic meters. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman jokingly offered to pay Russia for gas, Yulia Tymoshenko.
