“We know perfectly well that all state banks with Russian capital that operate in Ukraine today, are in talks about a potential sale,” she said.
While Ekaterina Rozhkova stressed that selling is the best option for Russian banks to leave the Ukrainian market with the least losses, because they have no opportunities for development.
In addition, the financier said that all banks that entered into negotiations with liquidity.
