In 2006, in Italy there was a scandal Calciopoli, which is sometimes also called Moghadam. The then General Director of Juventus Luciano modzhi was one of the main figures of the scandal of match-fixing.
The result modzhi has been barred for life from football.
All sports courts rejected the appeals of Luciano. Then modzhi appealed to the court of General jurisdiction.
