NEW YORK, 18 Feb — RIA Novosti. Personal belongings and furnishings from the estate of the famous British writer Jackie Collins in Beverly hills will be put up for sale, reported by auction house Bonhams, which will auction on may 16-17 in Los Angeles.

The sale will feature one thousand lots of personal belongings, car, jewelry, paintings, sculpture, interior design items with a total value of $ 3 million. Part of the proceeds from the sale funds will be used to support and educate young women in art.

“Mom never did anything on a small scale. She was an avid collector for several decades and collected paintings, statues and jewelry that brought her joy and inspiration. In the early 1990s, his parents built a modern house in Beverly hills, which became an artistic backdrop for her collections,” — said in comments the Collins daughters, Tracy, Tiffany and Rory.
