Italy’s Premier resigns after referendum fails

Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi has announced his resignation after voters rejected a referendum calling for constitutional reforms, which he supported. RT correspondent Paula Slier says that the over-throwing of the referendum seems to be” a symbolic vote against the European Union and its policies.”
