US military successfully tests brain zappers

At a military air base in Ohio, scientists have been testing a technology called transcranial direct current stimulation, or tDCS. Basically, its a way to electrically stimulate the human brain to improve peoples multitasking skills and to help humans continue to be able to think and perform at high levels even when faced with too much information and stress.
