MOSCOW, 12 Nov — RIA Novosti. Twenty Muscovite killed his grandmother with a hammer due to the fact that she forbade him to smoke and later return home, said on Saturday the senior assistant administrator of GSU SK of Russia across Moscow Julia Ivanova.
According to Ivanova, the day 11 November in the apartment houses on the streets of Kiev in Moscow investigators found the body of a woman 1937 year of birth with signs of cranial trauma.
As told during the interrogation, the grandson of the woman, there was a conflict: grandmother forbade him to smoke and coming home late. According to investigators, the young man could not resist the claims, took a hammer and struck the grandmother of at least four blows to the head, then wrapped his body in plastic. To bury the body he wanted in the yard.
“Criminal case concerning 20-the summer inhabitant of capital. He is accused of committing a crime… murder. Today, at the request of investigators, the defendant the measure of restraint in form of detention,” — said Ivanov.
