The citizen of Uzbekistan Gulchehra Bobokulov that killed four-year-old girl in Moscow, planned to commit suicide. This was stated by the Prosecutor in the Khoroshevsky district court, reports TASS.
“As follows from the testimony of a witness with whom Babakulova had a close relationship, she’s on the phone he said he would kill himself and set fire to the apartment,” announced the case file to the Prosecutor. According to the witness, “he even thought was” that Bobokulov can kill a child, the Prosecutor noted.
“Bobokulov had intended to go to Syria, and criticized him [the witness’s] cowardice. However, said the witness, he dissuaded her from committing suicide, because he knew that she was sick with schizophrenia,” added the Prosecutor.
In late September, the investigation has finished investigation of criminal case about the murder of four-year old girl babysit Bobokulov. Investigators are asked to apply in respect of women, compulsory treatment. Then the case was sent to court for consideration on the merits.
According to the materials of the case, on the morning of 29 Feb 2016, who worked as a nanny a native of Uzbekistan Bobokulov waited for care of parents with an older child and then murdered four-year-old girl, cut off her head and set fire to the apartment. With the head of a child Bobokulov came to the metro station “October field”, where he was detained.
In March 2016, the official representative of the RCDS Vladimir Markin said that Babakulova diagnosed with schizophrenia. However, the interlocutor of RBC in the FSB noted that this diagnosis does not mean that Bobokulov was insane at the time of the crime.
Babakulova was charged under part 2 of article 105 (murder of a minor) and part 2 of article 167 (intentional destruction and damage of property) of the criminal code.
