According to investigators, they “conspired” to get a bribe from the head of one of the institutions of the Federal penitentiary service. In return for a bribe they promised to “encourage” appointment to another position and the “protection service”.
The head of the inspection and his Deputy were detained in an office office in a building on ulitsa Seleznevskaya 1 Nov. Took them “when you receive 300 thousand rubles.”.
Participated in the arrest of employees of own security UFSIN across Moscow. The investigation intends shortly to request the court for detainees the measure of restraint in form of detention.
