A native of Uzbekistan has received in Omsk region six months of the colony

NOVOSIBIRSK, October 24 RIA Novosti. The court in Omsk oblast for illegal crossing state border of Russia sentenced a native of Uzbekistan to six months in a General regime colony, said on Monday the Prosecutor’s office of the region.

“Nazyvaevskaya city court of Omsk region appointed 50-year-old Zainab Rakhmanova a sentence of six months imprisonment in a correctional colony of General regime”, stated in the message. The woman was found guilty under article “illegal crossing of the state border of the Russian Federation”.

According to authorities, 22 July 2016 members of the Border Department of the FSB of Russia in the Orenburg region, Rakhmanov has informed that within 10 years of the entry into Russia it is prohibited. However, while in Uzbekistan, the woman decided to illegally enter Russia to work.

“For these purposes, it appealed to unidentified individuals who for a reward in the amount of $ 1,200 was organized by her illegal entry from the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Russian Federation”, reported in Prosecutor’s office.
