“Burger king” filed a lawsuit at Least for the disclosure of the terms of cooperation

The network of fast food restaurants “Burger king” filed a lawsuit against the Russian actor and singer Nikita Dzhigurda with the requirement of indemnification of 300 thousand rubles for the disclosure of the terms of cooperation, says the statement of claim of the company, a copy of which is available to RIA Novosti.

“Company “Burger king” filed a lawsuit in the Moscow Arbitration court to Nikita Dzhigurda. The subject of the claim — the damage to business reputation, the amount of 300 thousand rubles,” — said in a statement.

The reason for the claim was the disclosure of Morrice conditions advertising cooperation, as well as their “improper assessment on the part Dzhigurda expressed profanity”.

The company said that it invited the Chair to advertise the Burger “Worst whopper”, and the artist has published about the proposal negative comments on the social network Twitter.

“These data discredits the business reputation of our company, because they contain allegations that cast doubt on the very company “Burger king” and the Burger “the whopper Worst”, for an advertisement which invited the artist” — said in a statement.

The plaintiff asks the court to order the Army to refute inaccurate information, and to pay him 300 thousand rubles of compensation for the dissemination of information discrediting business reputation of the plaintiff.
