In addition, the Chairman of the government instructed to reduce expenses of the business on the implementation of various regulations of the regulatory bodies. “The goal is to reduce non-productive business expenses by 20% by 2018 and to double by 2024,” — said Medvedev. As told to the Prime Minister, in accordance with its requirements, “every entrepreneur needs to know exactly under what kinds of state or municipal control gets it” and “in what order the control will be carried out”. Also the Chairman of the government noted that the requirements to the business requirements “should not be overstated”. “They should be lifting,” — said Medvedev.
“The situation where it is easier to negotiate with the inspectors, than to fulfill the requirements of the law, it is, in fact, is a crime and should be completely excluded”, — concluded the Prime Minister.
