Album Bob Dylan entered the top-30 of the Russian iTunes

MOSCOW, 16 Oct – RIA Novosti. Collection of songs of the Nobel prize in literature by the American musician Bob Dylan has entered the top 30 best-selling albums of the Russian version of iTunes.

On the 27th place in the list of best-selling albums were a collection of Dylan (Deluxe Version), released by Sony BMG Music in 2007, which included 22 songs, recorded in the years 1963-1969.

The Nobel prize was awarded Bob Dylan with the words “for the creation of a new poetic language in the great American song tradition.”

Bob Dylan is an American singer and songwriter. His songs, written in 60-ies of the 20th century, such as “Blowin’ in the Wind”, “The Times They Are a-Changin”, “Knockin’ on Heaven’s Door” became anthems of the American anti-war movement and the civil rights movement. During his more than fifty-year career records Dylan has sold over 100 million copies. Has published six books with his sketches and drawings.
