The IOC has deprived of Beloborodov 2012 Olympic gold in the hammer throw

MOSCOW, 11 Dec — RIA Novosti. The international Olympic Committee (IOC) has deprived the Russian javelin thrower of a hammer Tatyana Beloborodov gold medal of the London Olympics because of doping, reported on the official website of the organization.

Cross-checking of samples from the London 2012 revealed Beloborodova positive doping test dehydrochlormethyltestosterone (turinabol).

It clarifies that the punishment of the athletes will determine the international Association of athletics federations (IAAF).

In the spring of Beloborodov was suspended from competition after checking it out doping tests world Championships in athletics 2005.

Athlete, nee — Lysenko, a previously disqualified for two years for steroids. Given the repeated violations of anti-doping rules, she faces a long ban. In the spring, the media reported that Beloborodov had retired, however, official confirmation of this information was not.

Beloborodov also won gold at the world Championships 2011 and 2013 and European championship-2006.
