Boris Johnson said he wants to see protests at the Russian Embassy

LONDON, October 11 – RIA Novosti, Maria Tobacco. The British foreign Secretary Boris Johnson expressed surprise at the lack of protests against Russia’s policy in Syria outside the Russian Embassy in London.

In hard, even by British standards speech Johnson directly accused Russia in the attack on the humanitarian convoy of the UN at Aleppo. Expressing indignation at the actions of Moscow in Syria and equating them to war crimes, the British foreign Secretary expressed concern that these actions attract enough attention.

“It seems to me that the anti-war groups do not have adequate horror. I’d like to see a demonstration at the Russian Embassy. Where is the coalition Stop the War (“Stop the war”)? Where are they?” he said.

The head of the foreign office also said that Russia should follow the demands of the international community to stop supporting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and provide “real” ceasefire in Syria, otherwise it will become a pariah.

In recent months, the situation in Aleppo, Syria, is extremely worsened in the city and in the vicinity of heavy fighting. The US accuses the Syrian government and Russia to the bombing of civilians and armed opposition. Damascus and Moscow insist that strikes only against terrorists and accused Washington of failing to affect the forces of “moderate opposition” that they separated themselves from terrorists.

A joint convoy from the Syrian Arab red Crescent and humanitarian organizations of the UN was shot on September 19 in the district of Aleppo. 30 18 trucks were destroyed, killing one officer, SARC, and at least 20 civilians.

The defense Ministry said that at the time of the attack on the convoy in the area was the drone of the coalition, which can strike at ground targets.
