Former President of Israel Shimon Peres entered into an artificial coma

Doctors artificially introduced former President of Israel Shimon Peres in a coma. It is reported Bloomberg.

The decision was taken in an induced coma to facilitate the treatment. Perez also performed the intubation. Soon he will have a computer tomography, the Agency said.

Former President of Israel, was hospitalized after suffering a stroke September 13. Doctors assess the condition of Perez as stable.

93-year-old Shimon Peres was President of Israel from 2007 to 2014. Previously, he served twice as Minister of foreign Affairs, twice Prime Minister and Minister of regional development of Israel.
