Ukraine resumed its gas imports from Poland after the accident on the pipeline

Ukraine resumed its gas imports from Poland after the accident on the gas pipeline in Lviv region on Friday, wrote on his page on Facebook press Secretary of “Ukrtransgaz” Maxim bielawski.

According to him, the supply of gas to Ukraine from Poland resumed at 7 a.m. today. Work on the elimination of depressurization of the pipeline ended in the night from Saturday to Sunday.

The regime of gas supplies is 4.25 million cubic meters and the utilization of the corridor is 99%.

Depressurization of the main gas pipeline in Lviv region took place on 9 September. The capacity of the gas pipeline, where the accident occurred, is 4.3 million cubic meters per day.

Ukraine has resumed gas supplies from Poland in mid-July. In August, the start of gas supplies for the needs of industrial customers from Poland to Ukraine.
