The credit organization said that the Board of Directors of BM-Bank on September 7, will consider the question of assignment of rights (claims) to “Cinemas and its subsidiaries. “Selling takes place in the framework of non-core assets of the Bank in accordance with the plan,” the company explained.
PJSC “BM Bank” is a Bank formed as part of the process of reorganization of OJSC “Bank of Moscow”. The main shareholder of the Bank is VTB Group (94,84%).
“Cinemas” — a network of cinemas, working in Moscow, Kazan, Orenburg, Yekaterinburg and Izhevsk.
The theater chain is not the only non-core asset offered VTB to sell. In March 2016, the credit institution was put up for sale swimming pool “Chaika”.
