The serial production of fifth generation fighter T-50 will begin in Russia next year, said the Agency RNS the Governor of Khabarovsk territory Vyacheslav Shport before II Eastern economic forum in Vladivostok.

He said that the launch of production is planned for late 2017. According to Shport, the Ministry of defence signed a contract for a trial batch of the fighter. He added that then the plant should receive a certificate and serial to sign a contract.
