A British court has estimated the value of the property remaining after the death of Boris Berezovsky, approximately £34 million ($45 million), reports the Agency Reuters with reference to the Press Association.
This amount remains after payment of administrative costs of the case, including court costs, said judge Richard Arnold. He noted that this amount remained “only substantial asset” from the assets of Berezovsky at the time of death.
Arnold added that the assets of Berezovsky — “hopelessly insolvent” because the claims of creditors amount to hundreds of millions of pounds.
The decision was made as part of the process, which involved, including the ex-girlfriend of Boris Berezovsky Elena Gorbunova.
