The Consulate General of Russia in Odessa “mined” for the second time in two days

The Consulate General of Russia in Odessa “mined” for the second time in two days: 23 July, it was reported that in the building of the diplomatic mission laid a bomb, reports the newspaper “Duma”.

According to the newspaper, the message on mining arrived around 15:00 local time, now the Consulate examined the police, bomb experts and cynologists with dogs. As the correspondent “Duma”, the traffic on the Gagarin plateau, where the building is located, are blocked.

Local portal “Timer” also reported that he had received the message about the bomb in the Consulate General. According to their information, police cordoned off a neighborhood building, in place of the on duty ambulances.

On the eve, July 22, the Consulate General of Russia also “mined” is unknown. There have also been reports of mining of the two branches of Sberbank on Pushkinska street and Shevchenko Avenue.

Later it became known that during the examination of the buildings of the consulates and banks, no explosive devices and substances it was revealed not.

In mid-June a group of Ukrainian activists blocked the entrance to the building of the Consulate General of Russia in Odessa, thereby preventing to conduct on the territory of the Embassy reception in honor of Russia Day. They threw in the building of the Consulate with eggs, and mounted in front of the building two improvised gallows.
