Erdogan said about a foreign trace in the attempt of a military coup

In an interview with the Qatari TV channel Al Jazeera, Erdogan said that, in his opinion, some foreign countries were connected with the attempted coup that took place last weekend. The Turkish head of state did not explain which States he suspects of involvement in the coup, reports Reuters.

In the same interview, Erdogan confirmed the arrest of pilots who shot down a Russian su-24 over the border with Syria. According to him, they were associated with preacher Gulen, whom the official authorities are accused of organizing the coup.
